Delivery Manager (TECH)

• Very good command of English (minimum B2, preferably C1) for business and technical communication.

• Documented managerial and project experience (Project Manager, Delivery Manager, Team Lead, or Program Manager) in software house or technology consulting.
• Experience working directly with external clients, managing complex projects for the enterprise sector.
• Practical knowledge and understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and modern system architectures.
• Knowledge of cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Understanding of data and artificial intelligence projects (Machine Learning, ML models, Python) sufficient for risk assessment and substantive discussion.
• Highly developed ownership mentality with proactive problem-solving attitude.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to navigate between engineering and business domains.

Nice to have:

• Experience in projects for strictly regulated industries (e.g., GMP standards in pharma, aviation, finance/banking).
• Experience coordinating projects at the intersection of software and hardware (IoT / IIoT / Industry 4.0).
• Practical knowledge of ML lifecycle management tools (e.g., MLflow).
• Certifications in project and process management methodologies (e.g., PSM I, PMP, PRINCE2).

• Manage project delivery within the Software Development BU and R&D/PoC initiatives in Fabrity Future.
• Build substantive, partnership-based relationships with external enterprise clients, translating technological decisions into business benefits.
• Ensure smooth execution of the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) from requirements analysis to production deployment and system maintenance (BAU).
• Identify, analyze, and mitigate project and technological risks, especially in dynamic AI/ML projects and regulated environments.
• Collaborate closely with technical teams (Developers, Architects, Data Scientists, AI engineers, DevOps) to ensure efficient work using Agile/Scrum.
• Oversee budget, scope, schedule, and key milestones of initiatives.
• Implement and continuously improve delivery standards, governance processes, and best practices within the organization.
