Senior Quality Engineer (Mobile / Appium)

P&P Solutions is hiring a Senior Quality Engineer to develop and implement testing strategies for a new mobile product (MVP launch) for a global client. The role involves building test frameworks and improving QA processes, with hybrid work including onsite visits in Warsaw approximately once per quarter.

• Experience as a Senior QA / Quality Engineer specializing in mobile
• Experience building or co-building test frameworks from scratch
• Strong knowledge of mobile testing on iOS and Android
• Previous work with UI test automation
• Experience with Appium
• Ability to create and implement test strategies and test plans
• Knowledge of end-to-end QA processes including CI/CD
• Fluent communication in Polish (minimum C1 level)

Nice to have:

• Java, Kotlin, JavaScript, or Python for automation
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions
• Knowledge of API testing tools like Postman or REST Assured
• Experience with device farms like BrowserStack or Sauce Labs
• Previous experience in outsourcing or consulting environments
• Experience with MVP or greenfield projects

• Develop and implement test strategies for the mobile application
• Build an automated test framework from scratch
• Implement and enhance mobile tests using Appium
• Audit current QA quality and processes
• Support the team in establishing quality standards
• Collaborate on stabilizing and developing the MVP launcher
