Team Leader / Product Owner (VMS)

• 3–5 years of experience managing IT or software development teams.
• Experience leading teams responsible for development and maintenance of IT systems.
• Practical knowledge of the Product Owner role and backlog management.
• Ability to define business requirements, set priorities, and collaborate with stakeholders at various organizational levels.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Knowledge of processes related to development, implementation, and maintenance of business applications.
• Good knowledge of Vendor Management Systems (VMS) and supplier management processes.
• Ability to combine managerial, product, and business competencies.
• Highly developed organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
• Independence, responsibility, and decision-making ability in a dynamic environment.
• Willingness to work from the office 3 days a week.

• Manage a 5-person development and maintenance team, ensuring efficiency and goal achievement.
• Organize, plan, and coordinate team work including task delegation, priority setting, and progress monitoring.
• Conduct regular team meetings, maintain communication, develop competencies, and motivate team members.
• Oversee product roadmap execution and deliver business value according to organizational priorities.
• Act as Product Owner: manage product backlog, define and prioritize business requirements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business needs into functional requirements.
• Supervise development and maintenance processes, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Monitor and optimize processes related to the Vendor Management System (VMS).
• Identify improvement areas and initiate actions to increase product and team efficiency.

The candidate must be willing to work from the office 3 days per week.
