Senior Business Analyst

Devire Outsourcing IT is a B2B collaboration model dedicated to IT specialists, delivering projects for clients with innovative and modern technological initiatives. The client is a leading international financial institution, one of the largest banks in Poland, seeking a Senior Business Analyst for a project in the financial sector focused on the development of a deposit module, working at the intersection of business and IT.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or System Analyst.
• Experience in IT projects for the financial sector.
• Knowledge of BPMN and business process modeling.
• Understanding of deposit processes.
• Knowledge of derivative instruments (FX Options, IRS, CAP/FLOOR).
• Basic knowledge of financial instrument valuation.
• Understanding of transaction lifecycle.
• Ability to create documentation and system specifications.
• SQL skills and data analysis.
• Experience with User Stories and Acceptance Criteria.
• Knowledge of front-to-back processes.
• Basic knowledge of UAT testing.
• English language proficiency at minimum B1 level.

• Analyze, define, and document business and system requirements.
• Model business processes in BPMN (end-to-end, as-is, to-be).
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and IT teams.
• Design system solutions and integrations.
• Create analytical specifications and project documentation.
• Support testing processes, including UAT, and implementations.
• Identify and optimize business processes.
• Work with and analyze data using SQL.
• Prepare User Stories and Acceptance Criteria (AC).
