Modern Endpoint Management Expert

• Bachelor's degree and at least 8 years of relevant IT professional experience, including 5 years in a similar role or relevant project experience.
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert or Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate certification (or equivalent experience).
• Strong knowledge of Modern Endpoint Management solutions including Microsoft Intune, SCCM, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Microsoft 365 Apps, and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Experience with Windows client OS, Windows Autopilot deployment and troubleshooting, and Endpoint Privilege Management.
• Experience with tools such as 2Pint Software and Patch My PC.
• Strong knowledge of end-user IT infrastructure, TCP/IP networking, workstation monitoring, IT security standards, and tiered infrastructure models.
• Experience with IT service management processes including ticketing systems and ITIL-based change, configuration, and release management.
• Solid PowerShell scripting skills.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to adapt to rapidly changing technologies.
• English language proficiency at B2 level.

• Managing and administering a large-scale workstation environment of physical and virtual workstations.
• Monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting workstation infrastructure.
• Planning, preparing, and deploying OS images, patches, applications, and configurations including GPOs, Intune profiles, CSPs, and OMA-URI settings.
• Developing and executing scripts for automation of configuration management and software deployment.
• Troubleshooting workstation and application issues in collaboration with ICT teams and Microsoft.
• Creating, testing, distributing, and maintaining application packages.
• Monitoring and managing lifecycle of business applications including license renewals and updates.
• Enforcing security policies and monitoring compliance.
• Generating reports on configuration compliance and security posture.
• Evaluating and implementing improvements to endpoint management processes.
• Creating and updating technical documentation, user guides, and operational procedures.
• Performing other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
