Digital Manufacturing & MES Transformation Lead

• Experience in manufacturing technology, MES, digital manufacturing, Industry 4.0 or manufacturing transformation.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and value chains.
• Experience working with CPG, Pharma or other process manufacturing environments.
• Experience with MES platforms such as Siemens Opcenter, Rockwell Plex, Apriso, GE Digital or similar.
• Understanding of ERP manufacturing modules such as production, quality and maintenance.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, Oracle NetSuite or Microsoft Dynamics 365 would be beneficial.
• Consulting experience is preferred, but candidates from industry, system integrators or technology vendors are also considered.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English and Polish required.

• Lead digital manufacturing transformation programmes for CPG and Pharma clients.
• Advise clients on manufacturing process optimisation, standardisation and technology enablement.
• Lead or support MES design and implementation across manufacturing environments.
• Work across shop-floor systems, MES and ERP platforms to ensure effective end-to-end integration.
• Engage with senior stakeholders, plant leadership, business teams and technical teams.
• Help define target operating models, process designs, solution roadmaps and implementation plans.
• Support business development activities, proposals and client discussions where required.
