Mechanical Engineer

Our Mechanical Engineering team drives innovation from initial concept through high-volume production, integrating hardware disciplines such as Radio Frequency, Electrical Engineering, and Optics. The team operates a fully equipped lab for rapid prototyping, testing, and advanced hardware development.

• Proven experience in mechanical design within consumer electronics, IoT devices, or products with varying IP ratings
• Proficiency in CAD and CAE tools, specifically SolidWorks or PTC Creo
• Experience designing plastic parts for injection molding and material selection based on design requirements
• Deep understanding of mechanical design principles and GD&T based on ISO or ASME standards
• Skilled in tolerance stack-up analysis and hardware validation using lab tools
• Strong work ethic and ownership mindset with effective communication of technical risks
• Upper-Intermediate level English proficiency (B2) in written and spoken form

• Drive mechanical component development from initial concept to mass production, including CAD models, drawings, and BOMs
• Collaborate with Electrical, Firmware, and Optical engineers for hardware integration and design performance
• Lead mechanical validation tests such as fit, stress, and thermal analysis; support design verification via prototyping and lab testing
• Apply DFM/DFA principles to optimize designs for performance, cost, and manufacturability
• Lead design reviews, risk assessments, FMEAs, and manage engineering documentation and tolerance stack-up analysis
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to meet quality, cost, and schedule milestones
• Provide field support and lead iterative design improvements throughout product lifecycle
