Wymagania
- Several years of experience building and developing self-service or service products (Product Owner or Business Analyst role)
- Experience in changing processes and moving them to online channels
- Ability to work with ownership model from problem to implemented solution and measurable effect
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with prioritization
- Strong data-driven approach and experience working with KPIs (conversion, task success, contact rate, cost-to-serve)
- Very good collaboration with development teams (Jira/Confluence) and understanding of delivery process
- Ability to conduct internal discussions, design process modeling, flows, and functional documentation
- Experience cooperating with UX/UI and understanding user experience design principles
- Very good English language skills (work in a global environment)
Obowiązki
- Develop the self-service and customer service area in digital channels (web/app)
- Define and execute the roadmap for selfcare functionalities (account, subscriptions, payments, support)
- Make product decisions based on business impact (CX, contact rate, cost-to-serve)
- Analyze and modify service processes in digital, including automation
- Optimize user journeys in cooperation with UX/UI teams
- Work with data (GA4, Firebase, operational data, contact center KPIs) to identify problems and measure effects
- Collaborate with Tech, UX, Data, Customer Care, and Business teams without silos
- Cooperate with global CANAL+ teams on selfcare standards and cross-country implementations
