• Higher education, preferably in information security, computer science, or cybersecurity
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
• Practical knowledge of ISO standards family, especially ISO27000
• Practical knowledge of KNF Recommendations, DORA, UKSC, GDPR
• Knowledge of network technologies, operating systems, databases, and security systems
• Familiarity with Microsoft security environment tools
• Knowledge of cloud solutions, ICT, and AI
• Good organizational skills
• Analytical skills

• Develop existing solutions related to the Information Security Management System in the bank
• Create policies, standards, and procedures for information security and oversee their compliance
• Conduct information security risk analyses
• Manage and report information security incidents
• Collaborate continuously with IT and cybersecurity teams
• Review contracts, regulations, and processes for information security aspects, including cloud, AI, and ICT solutions
• Assess cooperating entities for information security compliance
• Conduct training sessions on information security
• Initiate and cooperate with bank units to build awareness about information security
