SAP Implementation & Process Support Specialist with English

• Experience working with SAP system
• Participation in implementation projects
• Good knowledge of MS Excel
• Ability to work with data, reports, and documentation
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level
• Good work organization, accuracy, and timeliness
• Ability to collaborate with various organizational departments
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a dynamic project environment

Nice to have:

• Experience with specific SAP modules such as SAM, S2P, Customer Service, Logistics
• Knowledge of SQL, SAP Query, or other analytical tools
• Experience in an international environment

• Support SAP/ERP implementation projects according to schedule
• Collaborate with project team, implementation partner, and business users
• Participate in analysis and mapping of business processes in SAP
• Prepare, clean, validate, and migrate data to test and production environments
• Participate in functional, integration, and user acceptance testing
• Identify, report, and support resolution of system errors and inconsistencies
• Support functional configuration of the system and oversee process correctness
• Prepare project documentation, user manuals, and training materials
• Provide ongoing end-user support
• Monitor system operation post-launch and report improvements
• Assist in preparing status reports, analyses, and project summaries
• Perform administrative and operational tasks related to implementation and business process support
