Wymagania

  • At least secondary education in IT, technical, or related fields.
  • Very good knowledge of Windows 10/11.
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office from a user support perspective.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft server systems and Active Directory.
  • Knowledge of LAN/WAN, IP, VPN, Wireless LAN technologies.
  • Practical skills in administration of Office 365, Exchange, Sharepoint, MS Teams, and ZOOM.
  • Knowledge of Apple solutions including MacOS and iOS.
  • Knowledge of designing, testing, and implementing IT infrastructure elements.
  • Experience working in a ServiceDesk environment based on ITIL.
  • English language proficiency at minimum B1 level.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., TETA Constellation, Comarch ERP, or Symfonia ERP).

Obowiązki

  • Provide support for teleinformatics systems including user work environments, video conferencing platforms, local and wireless networks, mobile devices, multifunction devices, office and business applications, with dedicated support for VIP users.
  • Monitor and ensure continuity of IT services and communicate essential information about components such as materials, parts, and licenses.
  • Perform and coordinate repairs of teleinformatics hardware within Eneris Group companies.
  • Resolve ongoing incidents and problems related to supported platforms and IT systems.
  • Develop technical documentation.
  • Ensure IT data and service security and propose risk reduction measures.
  • Execute IT development projects and tasks.
  • Develop and conduct internal training for users and team members.
  • Create and update IT knowledge base.
  • Be ready for business travel and support users and IT platforms in other locations within the country.
