Project Manager / Project Managerka

• Higher education (preferred fields: management, IT, finance, insurance)
• Minimum 3 years of project management experience, preferably in insurance or financial industry
• Experience managing 3-5 complex end-to-end business projects
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, PMI, PRINCE2)
• Communication skills and ability to work in a multitasking environment
• Experience with project management tools
• Knowledge of insurance processes and industry regulations is an advantage

• Manage projects related to product, process, and technology development in the insurance sector
• Plan and monitor projects
• Manage all stages of project execution covering all company operations
• Coordinate work and support Project Teams
• Identify and manage project risks
• Ensure delivery of project products according to scope, schedule, and budget
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to meet their requirements
• Collaborate with external suppliers and internal IT teams
• Analyze and report project progress and provide management information
• Maintain and update project documentation
• Support implementation of new insurance products, operational processes, or IT systems
