Marcel S.A. is a company operating since 1992, specializing in the informatization of diagnostic laboratories and medical units. Their mission is to provide real support to laboratories in daily work through proven IT solutions, close cooperation with users, and a team with practical knowledge of medical laboratory operations.

• Experience working or currently working in a diagnostic laboratory, preferably as a laboratory diagnostician or medical analytics technician
• Knowledge of laboratory work organization (medical, veterinary, food laboratories)
• Ability to clearly communicate knowledge and patiently train others
• Comfort with technology and working with computers and software
• Good interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with system users and translate their needs into technical language
• Possession of a category B driving license and readiness for business travel
• Independence, reliability, and engagement in tasks

Nice to have:

• Experience in software implementation or training other employees
• Basic knowledge of SQL
• Experience in testing user applications
• Knowledge of IT solutions supporting laboratory work

• Implement software in medical laboratories (analytics, serology, microbiology, pathomorphology) across Poland
• Train personnel on application use individually and in groups, both onsite and remotely
• Provide substantive support to users by answering questions, explaining functionalities, and assisting in daily system use
• Develop user documentation including instructions, procedures, and presentations
• Test new system functionalities from the laboratory staff perspective
• Collaborate with the development team and Product Owner by providing user feedback and suggesting improvements
