STENA Recycling Sp. z o.o. is a Swedish company with over 20 years of tradition, operating in 15 locations across Poland. The company processes industrial waste collected from clients into valuable materials for recycling, contributing to resource creation from used materials.

• Good command of English enabling daily communication in an international environment
• Communication skills, responsibility, and readiness to cooperate with users and various organizational departments
• Willingness to learn, develop, and acquire knowledge in business systems and IT support
• Ability to work independently and good organization of work

Nice to have:

• Secondary or higher education in IT
• Basic knowledge of Python, C++, or SQL
• Interest in process automation, data analysis, or business application development

• Installation of updates, monitoring system performance, and coordinating software vendor requests
• Creating and managing user accounts and permissions according to procedures
• Performing administrative tasks related to configuration and operation of business systems
• Supporting users with data entry, verification, and correction in systems
• Coordinating and monitoring daily IT requests and cooperating with internal and external support teams
• Supporting local IT infrastructure maintenance and handling computer hardware and peripherals
• Maintaining up-to-date technical documentation, procedures, and audit protocols
• Participating in testing new solutions, updates, and changes in IT systems
• Collaborating with business departments on ongoing projects and process improvements
• Providing IT support for environmental protection activities and reporting requirements
• Performing operational tasks and supporting the team in various ad hoc activities
