Business Development Manager (K/M/I)

Sygnity S.A. is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with a background as an IT Architect to develop sales and create technological solutions for clients in the public sector, including central administration, selected ministries, and institutions. The role combines sales, consulting, and technological competencies, focusing on translating client business needs into specific IT solutions.

• Experience working with public sector clients
• At least 5 years of documented experience in IT sales or co-creating IT projects
• Experience in roles such as IT Architect, Solution Architect, or Presales
• Ability to translate business needs into technological solutions
• Highly developed communication and presentation skills
• Creative and proactive approach to solution building
• Independence in action and result orientation

• Analyze business and technological needs of public sector clients
• Identify and develop new sales opportunities
• Design IT solution concepts tailored to client needs
• Develop assumptions for Proof of Concept (PoC)
• Create dedicated offers and value propositions
• Support sales processes including meetings, presentations, and negotiations
• Conduct workshops and presentations for business and technical clients
• Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to refine solutions
