Project Manager IT (K/M)

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing IT projects.
• Experience with ERP system projects, preferably SAP.
• Experience managing projects involving multiple business areas and systems.
• Practical knowledge of system integration issues.
• Experience collaborating with management and Steering Committees.
• Ability to effectively manage stakeholders at various organizational levels.
• Very good organizational skills, independence, and decision-making ability.
• English language proficiency enabling work in a project environment.
• Stress resistance and ability to maintain efficiency in demanding project environments.

Nice to have:

• Participation in SAP S/4HANA migration or implementation projects.
• Knowledge of logistics, sales, purchasing, or financial processes in SAP.
• Experience in e-commerce environments.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar tools.
• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA, AgilePM, PMI-ACP, or equivalent.
• Experience in trading, distribution, or manufacturing companies.

• Lead IT projects supporting organizational development, especially ERP systems, integrations, and business process transformation.
• Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation through planning, execution, implementation, and stabilization.
• Build and maintain project schedules, monitor progress, and report status to stakeholders and Steering Committees.
• Coordinate collaboration between business areas, IT teams, and external suppliers.
• Manage project scope, budget, risks, communication, dependencies, and changes.
• Support business in defining requirements and translating organizational needs into project actions.
• Identify opportunities for business process improvements and support development initiatives.
• Promote and develop project culture within the organization.
