• Higher education in IT or technical field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT, IT service management, or artificial intelligence.
• At least 4 years of total work experience.
• English language proficiency at B2 level.
• Knowledge of AI, Big Data technologies, including LLM/ML tools and architecture.

Nice to have:

• Minimum 1 year of experience implementing AI, Big Data technologies, including LLM/ML tools and architecture.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in team management.

• Coordinate analysis of business needs regarding the use of new technologies.
• Coordinate participation in project teams and propose solutions using new technologies.
• Supervise dissemination of knowledge about new technology applications.
• Oversee organization and coordination of PoC (prototypes) using new technologies.
• Supervise development and updating of AI policy.
• Oversee preparation of software testing rules for new technologies and participate in testing and implementation.
• Supervise the operation of the IT Center in supporting business analytics tool design and maintenance.
• Manage the subordinate team.
