Wymagania
- Higher or secondary technical education in IT or related fields
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Practical knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Comarch ERP XL, Microsoft Dynamics, IFS, Impuls or similar) is mandatory
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 environments
- Knowledge of computer networks, servers, and IT infrastructure
- SQL skills sufficient for independent query preparation and data analysis
- Basic programming skills and ability to create simple applications or scripts
- Preferred knowledge of Python, C#, JavaScript, VBA, or PowerShell
- Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Qlik, Tableau) is an advantage
- Practical knowledge of system integration and data exchange between business applications
- Experience with ERP environment add-ons and overlays
- Knowledge of IT system architecture and data flow analysis between systems
- Experience with WMS, MES, APS, CRM systems, B2B platforms, or reporting solutions is a plus
- Basic knowledge of cybersecurity and data protection
- Experience cooperating with production, logistics, or finance departments is an advantage
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Independence, communication skills, and good work organization
- Valid category B driving license
Obowiązki
- Ensure continuity of IT infrastructure and provide end-user support
- Administer Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, and local network infrastructure
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, peripherals, and software
- Administer, develop, and support ERP systems used in the company
- Collaborate with IT system vendors and coordinate implementations and IT solution development
- Analyze user needs and optimize business processes using IT tools
- Participate in projects related to digitization and automation of production, logistics, and administrative processes
- Create reports, analyses, and dashboards supporting business decision-making
- Develop and maintain databases and prepare SQL queries
- Create and develop simple applications, scripts, and automations supporting user work
- Integrate business systems and supervise data flow correctness between applications
- Cooperate with production, logistics, purchasing, sales, finance, and HR departments
- Monitor IT system security and implement backup policies
- Prepare and update technical documentation
- Participate in digital transformation projects and implementation of new technologies
- Collaborate in development and maintenance of applications supporting ERP and other business systems
- Supervise data exchange between ERP, WMS, MES, CRM, BI, and other business applications
- Support users regarding overlays, extensions, and dedicated IT solutions
