Inżynier/ka ds. adopcji AI / AI Adoption Engineer

• 3–5 years of experience in AI implementation, process automation, data science, or similar roles with real deployed projects.
• Practical knowledge of AI tools including LLM APIs, ChatGPT/Claude/Gemini for business applications, and no-code/low-code tools like Make, n8n, Zapier.
• Ability to map and analyze business processes with understanding of company operations.
• Advanced communication skills to assertively and diplomatically engage with various stakeholders.
• Initiative to independently set priorities and enter uninvited areas where problems exist.
• Ability to act independently in environments resistant to change.
• Proficiency in Polish (C2) and English (B2+) for technical documentation and communication with foreign suppliers.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of FMCG, logistics, or distribution industries.
• Experience with prompting, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), or integrating LLMs with internal systems.
• Basic Python or SQL skills.
• Experience conducting training or workshops for non-technical audiences.

• Map organizational processes that consume time without justification independently within the first 6 months.
• Collaborate with managers and directors to identify optimization areas and implement AI solutions.
• Deliver 15 AI implementation cases from concept to measurable results.
• Build an internal knowledge base documenting implementations and outcomes.
• Proactively identify process problems before they are reported.
• Persuade stakeholders to accept changes through workshops, conversations, data, and arguments.
• Scan the AI tools market and recommend implementations with business justifications.
• Collaborate with IT teams during implementation without deferring responsibility.
• Monitor ROI of AI implementations and report results to the IT Director.
