Wymagania
- Master Degree
- Minimum 8-10 years of Analytics / RGM experience client and/or agency side
- Business English proficiency
- Proficient in Excel and Google Suite (Sheets, Slides)
- Experience with Retail Panel data (NIQ / IRI)
- Financial understanding
- Understanding of Python
- Expertise in dashboard and data visualization
Obowiązki
- Optimize in-store drivers including Price, Promo, and Assortment
- Lead CBS team analyzing past promo events for effectiveness and financial performance
- Identify promo and assortment optimization opportunities aligned with Brand managers’ strategies
- Recommend promo guardrails and support KAM Team promo plan simulations via RGM Promo Playbooks
- Prepare commercial evaluations of key promo events
- Assist Customer Development team with Quarterly/Monthly Account Performance Reviews
- Provide recommended future promo plans based on modeling
- Collaborate with finance to provide visibility of Pricing per subcategory and retailers
- Leverage Price and Promo studies to inform price decisions and recommend retailer actions
- Translate RASP changes into optimal promo price points respecting legal guidelines
- Monitor category price and promo strategy changes with commercial teams
- Drive profitable growth via NS/T and ASP realization minimizing volume loss through analytics
- Support commercial team with analytics prior to RGM workshops
- Present commercial findings to senior stakeholders
- Build RGM capabilities in promo, portfolio, and pricing through advanced analytics and processes
- Assess and integrate panel data (Nielsen, datasharing) for team accessibility
- Manage Price and promo model upgrades and interface with Global Analytics and GIT
- Provide training to build awareness and usage of RGM Analytics techniques
- Attend regular training on RGM Analytics
