Data Analyst / BI Developer

STX Next is a company working with eCommerce clients, focusing on transforming eCommerce data into actionable business insights to optimize operations and scale performance.

• Around 4-5 years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or data engineering roles.
• Strong domain knowledge in eCommerce, including understanding key industry metrics, customer behavior, and sales funnels.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL for querying, data manipulation, and performance tuning.
• Hands-on experience with dbt (data build tool) for data transformation and modeling.
• Practical experience utilizing Snowflake as a data warehouse user.
• Proficiency in modern BI and data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills, able to present conclusions to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) for international collaboration.

• Transform eCommerce data into actionable business insights to help clients optimize operations and scale performance.
• Design, develop, and maintain robust data models and automated BI dashboards/reports.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate large datasets.
• Build and manage data transformation pipelines using dbt, ensuring high data quality and reliability.
• Query and analyze data within the Snowflake environment to support data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders and engineering teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical BI solutions.
