Lead Fullstack Java Developer (Angular)

The company supports a variety of projects ranging from startup ideas to multiplatform banking systems.

• Minimum 5 years of commercial experience as a Fullstack Developer on complex production projects
• Very good knowledge of Java and the Spring ecosystem (Spring Framework, Spring Boot) for backend application development
• Experience designing, developing, and integrating REST APIs including contract definition
• Practical experience with Angular enabling architectural decisions and effective frontend collaboration
• Experience designing solutions for distributed environments with synchronous and asynchronous communication and API contract design
• Strong knowledge of relational databases with experience in data modeling and database structure design
• Practical experience in code review, mentoring, and quality verification of other developers' solutions
• Ability to analyze technical requirements and propose scalable, maintainable, and quality solutions
• Fluent English language skills

• Design and develop backend solutions based on Java, Spring, and Spring Boot within a large-scale service, sales, and marketing platform
• Co-create system architecture and make technical decisions regarding application integrations
• Design and develop REST APIs and define integration contracts between systems
• Participate in designing solutions for distributed environments involving synchronous and asynchronous communication
• Actively participate in project and business meetings as the technical team representative
• Collaborate with Team Leader, Business-System Analyst, and business stakeholders to refine requirements and propose optimal solutions
• Support frontend development by making informed architectural decisions covering the end-to-end process
• Design and develop data models and collaborate on SQL database optimization
• Conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and verify the quality of delivered solutions
• Maintain technical quality of the system including maintainability, performance, testability, and compliance with standards
• Identify technical risks and initiate improvements to support platform development
• Collaborate with international project teams and communicate daily in English
