Process Consultant / Analyst

Moondigo Sp. z o.o. offers consulting services focused on assessing and redesigning software delivery processes in mid-to-large IT organizations. The company engages in dynamic, international projects with high responsibility and growth opportunities, working with various companies, tech stacks, and engineering cultures.

• 4-5+ years in IT, including approximately 3-4 years close to software delivery (analysis, development, DevOps, QA, or similar)
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), CI/CD, testing, code quality, and releases
• Analytical mindset capable of dissecting real-world processes and identifying slowdowns or risks
• Ability to gather information by engaging with teams, structuring it, and drawing clear conclusions
• Comfortable mapping processes and explaining them simply to developers and managers
• Curious and ambitious, aiming to grow from a technical role into organizational software delivery analysis and improvement
• Consulting experience is a plus but not required

• Work on client projects with the senior consulting team
• Analyze how clients build and deliver software, mapping the process end to end (requirements to release)
• Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, quality issues, and risks, supporting findings with facts and metrics
• Help design improved workflows and provide clear recommendations
• Prepare findings and presentations for client teams
• Stay current with modern practices such as automation, developer experience, DORA metrics, and AI in development
• Run workshops with technical teams to design practical improvements
