Principal Solution Architect

• Over 10 years of experience in software or infrastructure engineering, solution architecture, presales engineering, or technology consulting.
• Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), data engineering pipelines, and AI/ML solutions.
• Solid knowledge of AI technology, agent-based solutions, coding assistants, AI technology landscape, and AI's impact on customer organizations.
• Proven experience designing multi-cloud or hybrid infrastructure and platform architectures in enterprise environments.
• Good knowledge of security, compliance, and data governance, especially in regulated industries.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills in German and English (C1 or higher).
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to developing a growing business area.
• Willingness to travel within Germany and Switzerland for customer and partner meetings.

• Lead technical discovery workshops and develop innovative solutions in AI, data, and cloud with customers.
• Act as a trusted advisor for decision-makers, linking technology strategy with real business value.
• Develop and present proposals, architectures, and proofs-of-concept that differentiate STX Next competitively.
• Conduct workshops and enablement sessions with other STX Next experts and technology partners.
• Scope, estimate, and guide customer projects with delivery teams according to requirements.
• Ensure technical validation and quality assurance throughout key customer project phases.
• Manage technical relationships with key technology partners such as AWS, Azure, GCP, Anthropic, and EU-sovereign cloud providers like STACKIT.
• Contribute to regional thought leadership through customer workshops, public talks, and published content.
• Represent a consultative, results-oriented approach aligned with STX Next's AI and data strategy.
