Software Engineer (Production Support)

• Master’s degree and experience in Production Support (L2/L3).
• DevOps experience managing configuration and pipelines.
• Experience with MS SQL, Oracle DB, Windows Server configuration, Microsoft IIS, Hazelcast, Kubernetes, Docker, and container management on GCP.
• Knowledge of Linux, bash, Git, Jenkins, Splunk, virtualization, and containerization.
• Familiarity with Agile tools such as GitHub, Confluence, and Jira.

• Support, maintenance, and service management of billing and payments services.
• Maintain and manage distributed systems, Linux and Windows servers, middleware like Microsoft IIS, in-memory solutions such as Hazelcast, containers with Kubernetes, and cloud technologies like Google Cloud Platform.
• Perform DevOps tasks including building and supporting CI/CD pipelines.
• Support day-to-day operations and processes, including application, business process, and data intelligence.
• Organise and manage change activities, including scoping, planning, and impact assessment.
• Conduct data analysis and build business data intelligence using Microsoft SQL and Oracle.
