Production Engineering Specialist (Payments / SRE)

• Practical experience with Oracle and SQL / PL-SQL
• Operational Linux skills beyond basics
• Experience with Kubernetes deployment and troubleshooting
• Scripting skills in at least one of Bash, Python, or Java
• Experience in production support and incident management
• Understanding of database, operating system, network, and application stack
• Skills in system monitoring and performance analysis
• English language proficiency at minimum B2+/C1 level
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize in a real production environment

Nice to have:

• Experience in payments, banking, or transactional systems
• Familiarity with Splunk and AppDynamics tools
• Knowledge of CI/CD and automation tools like Ansible or Puppet
• Experience in SRE or DevOps environments

• Handle production incidents (L2/L3) with rapid analysis and resolution
• Perform root cause analysis and preventive actions
• Work with Oracle databases (SQL / PL-SQL) for analysis, debugging, and data investigation
• Automate processes using Bash, Python, or Java to reduce manual work
• Implement changes including releases, fixes, and configurations
• Monitor systems and tune performance using Splunk and AppDynamics
• Collaborate with global teams including Development, Infrastructure, and Business
• Participate in process and architecture improvements following SRE and DevOps practices
