Product Manager (MSP)

Xopero Software develops Backup & Disaster Recovery solutions such as Xopero ONE, Xopero Unified Protection, and GitProtect, protecting IT environments, applications, and code repositories globally. Their clients range from small companies to global brands like T-Mobile, Avis, and Quest Diagnostics.

• Minimum 2 years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS environments
• Ability to communicate with both clients and technical teams
• Experience conducting discovery and making data-driven product decisions
• Familiarity with subscription-based, licensing, or multi-tenant product models
• Proficient in English

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of MSP market and partner models (reseller, VAR, MSP tiers) or PSA/RMM tools
• Experience in backup, storage, or cybersecurity
• Understanding of backup technologies (agents, storage, retention policies, RTO/RPO)
• Knowledge of compliance and security standards (GDPR, ISO 27001, SOC 2)
• Experience collaborating with Partner Success or Channel Sales teams

• Develop the vision for Xopero ONE MSP with the team
• Create the product roadmap and prioritize initiatives impacting MSP partners and business
• Translate customer needs into user stories, epics, and specific features
• Analyze product elements to identify areas for improvement or refactoring
• Regularly communicate with partners and users
• Use product data to drive adoption, retention, and product value
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to effectively launch new features
