Traffic Technical Solutions Engineer

RTB House is a next-generation performance demand-side platform (DSP) that uses proprietary Deep Learning AI algorithms to help brands grow. Founded in 2012, it operates in 90+ markets and offers end-to-end Deep Learning-powered AdTech products and solutions. The Poland team consists of 20 people and supports global web campaigns and clients with custom engineering solutions.

• Familiarity with Linux environments.

• Be the primary technical resource for the Technical Account Management team, answering questions and unblocking client-facing work.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems across campaigns, tracking tags, data pipelines, reports, and internal tooling.
• Process and manage large volumes of structured client data files from setup to error diagnosis.
• Configure and deploy tracking tags and client integrations, including GTM and reporting integrations.
• Write scripts and automation solutions using Node.js across various data sources such as APIs, XML, CSV, JSON, Google Sheets, BigQuery, and PostgreSQL.
• Build and maintain scheduled automations and automated data flows across multiple systems.
• Contribute to internal documentation and knowledge sharing across the team.
