Senior Design Engineer, Growth

• Strong experience in both design and front-end engineering with a portfolio of shipped interfaces or widely-used components.
• Fluency in React, TypeScript, modern CSS, and an animation library such as Framer Motion or React Spring.
• Active and opinionated use of Cursor and Claude Code in daily workflow with a clear approach to production-quality output.
• Ability to identify workflow inefficiencies and build tools, patterns, or processes to address them.
• Comfort with building from zero and setting direction without existing templates.

• Prototype AI-native ideas in code rapidly, converting concepts from Figma or LLM conversations into production-grade React code, managing layout, interaction, motion, accessibility, and performance.
• Ship production-grade Growth surfaces, owning key surfaces end to end.
• Define and uphold the quality ceiling for AI-assisted execution through reviews, examples, and reusable patterns.
• Extend AI-enabled tools and processes to improve team efficiency.
• Partner with design leadership to set quality standards for AI-assisted outputs.
• Lead the Design Engineer function at PandaDoc, owning work from problem framing to launch.
• Measure impact by both shipped work and acceleration of team delivery.

This position is fully remote. Candidates based in Poland, Portugal, or Ukraine may use local offices as needed.
