2D Artist (iGaming)

Talentgrator is a recruitment service that connects IT entertainment and iGaming industry businesses with professionals. We support the growth and development of the iGaming ecosystem through a personalized approach tailored to the unique needs of each business.

• 2+ years of experience in game development, preferably in iGaming.
• Strong portfolio with examples of character concepts, environments, and other slot game assets.
• Solid understanding of composition, lighting, color, stylization, materials, and various art styles/rendering approaches.
• Ability to quickly generate creative ideas using AI tools (ideally Nanobanana).
• Ability to adapt to the project’s visual style.
• Experience with or readiness to work across a wide range of art styles.
• Proficiency in Photoshop.
• Proficiency with AI tools such as Nanobanana Pro and ChatGPT; experience with Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, and other AI tools is a plus.

• Create 2D concepts for characters, environments, objects, symbols, UI elements, and atmospheric scenes for slot games.
• Proceed with ideas and given art styles from the Production team, including references or basic assets.
• Prototype visual ideas at early development stages.
• Complete projects from basic idea to fully finalized slot game using AI tools.
• Produce a variety of ideas for symbols, characters, backgrounds, etc., using AI.
• Deliver high-quality final art ready for cut/animation.
• Work closely with the Art Lead.
• Suggest themes, trends, and visual solutions for future games.
