IT Field Suppoer

• Experience in IT Support, Desktop Support, Field Support, or similar roles
• Hands-on experience with Windows workstation deployments and migrations
• Experience working with SCCM
• Knowledge of Active Directory environments
• Experience installing and configuring hardware, software, and printers
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Good communication skills in English

Nice to have:

• Experience with large-scale PC refresh or migration projects
• Knowledge of laboratory or manufacturing environments
• Dutch language skills

• Deploy and configure new laptops and desktop computers
• Migrate devices from a legacy Active Directory environment to a new domain
• Install and configure applications using SCCM and internal deployment procedures
• Perform device testing and validation after deployment
• Install and configure printers and other peripheral devices
• Replace existing workstations in office and laboratory environments
• Provide basic end-user support during the migration process
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and project documentation
• Ensure all devices are operational and compliant with project requirements
