Senior System Analyst

LinkGroup is hiring for a Senior System Analyst to support projects in the banking environment.

• Minimum 8 years of experience in system analysis.
• Practical experience analyzing client needs and functional requirements.
• Ability to translate business requirements into developer specifications.
• Proficiency in integration topics: SOA, Web Services, REST.
• Experience with tools such as SOAP UI or Postman.
• Ability to design microservices-based solutions.
• Experience documenting REST services using Swagger/YAML.
• Ability to model IT systems.
• Very good knowledge of UML.
• Proficiency with at least one CASE tool, preferably Enterprise Architect.
• Good knowledge of SQL.
• Knowledge of distributed IT system architecture.
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level (spoken and written).
• Fluent Polish language skills.

• Collaborate with selected bank departments on requirements analysis.
• Support business users in defining and refining needs.
• Independently lead assigned analytical topics and streams.
• Create concepts for functional and system solutions.
• Design processes, user screen mockups, and model business rules.
• Participate in technical solution design.
• Support users during testing and coordinate implementation.
• Work closely with development teams including Developers, Testers, and Product Owners in Agile (Scrum) methodologies.
• Conduct analytical workshops: moderate discussions, ensure meeting goals, collect decisions and agreements.
