Business Analyst (IAM)

• Solid working knowledge of IGA/IAM, including joiner–mover–leaver lifecycle, governance controls, Segregation of Duties (SoD), and access reviews.
• Ability to capture precise requirements, draft user stories and acceptance criteria, evaluate solution options, and recommend pragmatic approaches.
• Skilled in translating business and compliance needs into clear, implementable functional designs.
• Capable of documenting processes supported by sound data models and readable diagrams.
• Applies data analysis to validate identity/access data and support design decisions.
• Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and comfortable using Jira and Confluence.
• Strong communication skills to lead workshops, tailor messages to technical and non-technical audiences, and build alignment across stakeholders.
• Able to manage multiple engagements with strong attention to detail and alignment across all levels.

• Lead functional analysis for Identity Governance & Administration by translating business, security, and compliance needs into clear, testable requirements and user stories.
• Design and transform governance workflows including Joiner‑Mover‑Leaver (JML), access requests/approvals, and recertifications, ensuring policy enforcement and excellent end-user experience.
• Define RBAC/role models and Segregation-of-Duties (SoD) rules with application owners and security/compliance stakeholders.
• Collaborate with IGA engineers to implement and automate (de)provisioning, data integrations, and workflow changes across connected applications.
• Drive application onboarding to the IGA platform by facilitating workshops, capturing data/authorization models, and creating functional designs.
• Prepare audit-ready reporting by specifying metrics and dashboards, supporting evidence collection, and ensuring continuous compliance.
• Coordinate UAT and change management by creating test scenarios, running demos/trainings, and maintaining user guides and process documentation.
