Senior Python Developer with React

• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar, or equivalent software development experience.
• Experience and openness to using AI tools (particularly Claude) to enhance coding productivity and workflows.
• Proficient in frontend frameworks, especially React.
• Proficient in Python.
• .NET experience is a big plus.
• Experience with AWS is a big plus.
• Self-motivated with ability to work autonomously.
• Good written and spoken English.

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of complex features, services, or systems.
• Define and influence technical direction and solution architecture aligned with company objectives.
• Drive cross-team initiatives to improve scalability, performance, reliability, or maintainability.
• Act as a technical mentor supporting the growth of Associate Engineers and Engineers.
• Collaborate with Engineering Managers, Product Managers, and stakeholders to shape roadmap priorities.
• Identify technical risks and propose mitigation strategies early in the development lifecycle.
• Promote engineering excellence by contributing to standards, tooling, and best practices.
• Support production systems, participate in incident resolution and continuous improvement.
• Document complex solutions clearly and contribute to shared team knowledge.
