Senior full-stack software developer (React + Atlassian Ecosystem)

HeroCoders is a Platinum Atlassian Partner building powerful apps used by over 70,000 companies worldwide. The company is a small, fully remote team of 20 people focused on developing tools that help people work more efficiently.

• Over 5 years of professional software development experience.
• At least 3 years of experience with React and NodeJS.
• Expertise in React.
• Experience developing Atlassian Ecosystem add-ons, preferably with Atlassian Forge.
• Professional experience with TypeScript.
• Daily use and exploration of AI tools.
• Good communication skills in English.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Atlassian Forge.
• Production experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Product-oriented mindset.
• Experience cooperating with Product Manager and Support Team.

• Develop and maintain React-based applications.
• Develop Atlassian Ecosystem add-ons, preferably using Atlassian Forge.
• Own delivery by defining clear "done" criteria, using observability to detect issues early, and maintaining service health.
• Implement automated tests where they add value and ensure fast feedback in CI.
• Participate in PR reviews including sanity-checking real user flows.
• Collaborate effectively within the team by helping others, supporting reviews, and sharing knowledge.
• Validate work by testing ideas to ensure they behave as intended in practice.

The recruitment process will be conducted entirely in English. The candidate must have a 4-hour overlap with typical CET/CEST business hours (9 am - 4 pm).
