Delivery Lead

The role is for a Senior Delivery Lead / Product Lead focused on AI solutions within the Transportation / Shipping / Logistics (TSL) industry. The position involves working on a project for a major player in the TSL sector, with a contract planned until December 31, 2026. The work location is hybrid in Warsaw, Mokotów, with 3 days on-site per week.

• Proven hands-on experience in the Logistics, Transportation, or Supply Chain sector (strict requirement).
• Fluent English (C1 level) and communicative Polish.
• Over 10 years of experience in agile product management or software delivery leadership.
• Practical knowledge of AI, ML, LLM, and RAG solutions.
• Good understanding of software architecture, APIs, integrations, AI governance, data privacy, and security principles.
• Exceptional skills in backlog management, sprint readiness, delivery flow, and proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Informatics, or related field.

• Experience with complex enterprise-level systems and large-scale digital platforms.
• Background in automation, advanced analytics, or data-driven enterprise solutions.
• Proven track record managing complex dependencies and risks in large corporate environments.

• Identify, assess, and shape demand for AI solutions across stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into technical scope, requirements, and backlog items.
• Lead technical delivery from discovery to production using agile methodologies.
• Coordinate cross-functional client squads including engineers, data scientists, developers, QA, and platform teams.
• Ensure architecture, security, compliance, and operational standards are met, implementing AI controls such as monitoring and human oversight.
• Manage dependencies, track delivery progress, support go-live phases, and follow up on post-launch value realization.
