Senior UX Designer, Consumer UX

HelloFresh is a global food company with a technology backbone called HelloTech, employing over 1000 people. HelloTech builds digital products that power HelloFresh's end-to-end food experience, including meal kits, ready-to-eat meals, pet food, and premium meat & seafood. The company operates a subscription-based, direct-to-consumer model relying on technology for customer-facing apps, personalization, pricing, forecasting, supply chain optimization, and food waste reduction. The Warsaw office works in autonomous, cross-functional teams owning specific products or domains, focusing on scalable, data-driven products used across markets.

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in product design with a proven track record of delivering high-quality consumer products end-to-end.
• Active use of AI tools in the design workflow, including Figma AI and Claude.
• Exceptional visual and interaction design skills with a strong focus on detail, hierarchy, motion, micro-interactions, and animation.
• Proactive approach to pushing for the right technical solutions and collaborating effectively with cross-functional partners.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills to articulate design concepts and decisions across business functions.

• Lead design from concept to execution, maintaining accountability for the full consumer experience across touchpoints.
• Use AI tools actively in the design workflow for user insights, discovery, rapid prototyping, and bridging design to code.
• Maintain a high craft bar with attention to detail in layout, motion, typography, and micro-interactions.
• Identify and explore product opportunities through market research and user analysis.
• Collaborate closely with product leads, engineers, and stakeholders to align design strategies with business and technical goals.
• Advocate persistently for the right design outcomes within cross-functional teams.
