ORLEN S.A. is a modern international corporation operating in the energy sector, with activities including IT/OT cybersecurity within the ORLEN Group.

• Higher education, preferably in IT or OT
• Several years of professional experience in a similar role in IT/OT
• Practical knowledge of cybersecurity technologies
• Experience and skills in maintaining and effectively utilizing cybersecurity systems
• Experience and ability to manage IT/OT projects
• Practical knowledge of cybersecurity reviews, risk analysis, and security principles and mechanisms for operating systems and teleinformatics networks
• Communicative knowledge of English (B2 level)
• Driving license category B
• Effectiveness in action and business responsibility
• Orientation towards continuous development and ability to learn from various perspectives

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of standards and norms NIST 800-82, IEC 62443, ISO 27001, ISO 22301
• Knowledge of IT/OT environment architecture

• Coordination and supervision of external companies collaborating with ORLEN and its subsidiaries to ensure full implementation of cybersecurity tasks
• Coordination and supervision of maintenance and development of cybersecurity infrastructure and systems within the ORLEN Group
• Participation in IT/OT projects of the ORLEN Group to verify compliance with cybersecurity requirements
• Development and implementation of standards, instructions, and policies related to teleinformatics security
• Management of security reviews for existing and newly implemented systems and networks within the ORLEN Group
• Monitoring threats, defining, implementing, and developing mechanisms for their identification, prevention, and mitigation
• Responding to incidents related to teleinformatics security breaches
• Educating users about cyber threats and causes of incidents
• Identification and implementation of new specialized cybersecurity measures
• Monitoring internet sources for potential threats

Dane osobowe będą przetwarzane do czasu zakończenia postępowania rekrutacyjnego i przez okres możliwości dochodzenia ewentualnych roszczeń, a w przypadku wyrażenia zgody na udział w przyszłych postępowaniach rekrutacyjnych - do czasu wycofania tej zgody. Zgoda na przetwarzanie danych osobowych może zostać wycofana w dowolnym momencie. Odbiorcą danych jest serwis Just Join IT oraz inne podmioty, którym powierzyliśmy przetwarzanie danych w związku z rekrutacją.
