Data Analyst (data modeling)

The team consists of about 170 experienced programmers, testers, and business analysts collaborating with leading financial institutions in Poland and abroad. Since 2023, FINANTEQ has been part of Senacor Technologies AG, a leading consulting and technology service provider specializing in advanced digital platforms, operating in banking, insurance, automotive, and public sectors in the DACH region.

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst
• Higher education in IT, mathematics, physics, or related fields
• Experience in data analysis and data modeling
• Very good knowledge of Office 365
• Ability to communicate in English and Polish (spoken and written)
• Proficiency with data query tools, especially SQL

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Data Vault 2.0 methodology
• Practical experience with Confluence and Jira
• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry specifics
• Experience with SqlDBM, Collibra, dbt, Snowflake, AWS S3

• Collecting and analyzing business requirements in reporting areas based on existing reports and processes
• Identifying and exploring data from source systems, analyzing structures, formats, and flows to staging layers
• Mapping data and designing information flows from sources to reporting layers to meet business needs
• Designing and modeling data for central Business Data Vault and Raw Vault, including documentation and business glossary definition
• Defining data transformation logic from source systems through Raw and Business Vault layers to final Data Mart structures and semantics
• Collaborating closely with technical and business teams and supporting testing of data models and processing chains end-to-end
