Head of Data Center

• Minimum 7 years of experience in data center, technical infrastructure, project development, or engineering consulting.
• Strong knowledge of the full lifecycle of data center projects.
• Experience with hyperscale, colocation, telecom, or large digital infrastructure projects.
• Understanding of power supply, cooling, fiber connectivity, and infrastructure resilience, including AI workloads.
• Ability to independently assess technical feasibility of greenfield projects.
• Strong strategic, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in Polish and English.

• Develop and lead the technical strategy for new data center projects in Poland.
• Define technical requirements and site selection criteria for hyperscale, AI/HPC, colocation, and edge investments.
• Assess key infrastructure parameters such as power availability, redundancy, connectivity, cooling technologies, water demand, and campus scalability.
• Conduct technical due diligence and feasibility analyses for greenfield projects.
• Create technical standards, reference models, and internal playbooks for investments.
• Collaborate with network operators, telecom providers, infrastructure partners, and engineering offices.
• Provide strategic advice to management on technical architecture, infrastructure, and market development.
• Monitor technological changes in AI infrastructure, advanced cooling, and next-generation data center design.
