Senior Software Engineer - Agentic AI

The SignNow team is a group of 100+ people focused on their award-winning signature solution.

• 8+ years of commercial software engineering experience, with strong preference for Python.
• 3+ years of experience shipping LLM/Generative AI features to production at scale.
• Strong LLM system design skills including latency, cost, reliability, and evaluation-driven development.
• Hands-on experience with RAG in production and agent orchestration (e.g., LangGraph).
• Familiarity with tool use, function calling, and MCP patterns.
• Experience with observability and evaluation tools for LLM systems such as Langfuse or Arize.
• Ability to own architectural decisions and review designs.
• English language proficiency at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level.

Nice to have:

• Experience in document understanding, OCR, and structured extraction.
• Experience with Postgres and pgvector at scale.
• Familiarity with LLM proxy patterns like LiteLLM.
• Mentoring or tech-leading experience as an ambassador role.

• Design and ship production AI features end-to-end including RAG, agents, document understanding, and conversational interfaces across LangGraph, LiteLLM, pgvector, and Langfuse.
• Drive technical architecture for the AI product line, focusing on LLM orchestration, evals, observability, and tradeoffs related to latency, cost, and reliability.
• Own AI initiatives technically from specification through production, including rollout and post-launch evaluation improvements.
• Provide code review and architectural feedback across the team; mentor engineers on AI engineering practices.
• Build and evolve evaluation frameworks and quality measurement for AI features.
• Collaborate closely with Product Management, Design, and adjacent teams to shape AI features for real users at scale.
• Incorporate proven patterns from the LLM ecosystem such as frameworks, agent patterns, MCP, and tool use into the team.
