Senior Cybersecurity Consultant

• 3–6 years of experience in cybersecurity, preferably in governance, risk, compliance, or delivery-embedded security roles.
• Working knowledge of ISO/IEC 27001 ISMS processes and NIST CSF concepts.
• Hands-on experience with audits, risk assessments, and incident processes.
• Strong stakeholder management, issue tracking, and assurance follow-through skills.
• Very good command of English, both written and spoken (C1 level).

• Risk management: Assess engagement risk and drive remediation/mitigation to closure; embed cyber-by-design practices compliant with BSV guidelines.
• Annual IMS plan execution: Run management-system plan including assurance activities, communications, and continuous improvement.
• Governance & client forums: Participate in client governance meetings; evidence compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
• Engagement SPOC: Act as single point of contact for assigned global engagements; ensure contractual deliverables.
• Business Continuity: Ensure BCM planning and testing aligned with ISO 22301 practices.
• Audit coordination: Plan and coordinate audits and customer assessments; track and close findings.
• Incident management: Coordinate end-to-end incident response including stakeholder updates and post-incident actions.
• Training & awareness: Implement BSV training and awareness plans using standard tools and materials.
• Group & BSV initiatives: Support and relay BSV cybersecurity programs for consistent adoption.
• Delivery enablement: Organize security delivery needs; maintain asset mapping; own account-level cybersecurity governance.
• Client leadership & relationship management: Represent security in executive and governance forums; ensure contractual and regulatory compliance.
