Senior Technology Specialist - Product Architect (WorkflowTech)

This role is part of the D&T department of HEINEKEN International and is located in Heineken Global Shared Service, Krakow, Poland. The D&T department focuses on innovation, technology, and advanced analytics to provide HEINEKEN with technological competitive advantages. The WorkflowTech product is an intelligent orchestration platform that manages the ServiceNow platform as well as Jira and Confluence, enabling the organization to work smarter by transforming complexity into clarity.

• 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow with a strong focus on architecture or technical leadership
• Experience working in Agile product teams (SCRUM / Kanban)
• Solid understanding of ITSM, SPM, IRM, HR, SecOps modules, and platform best practices
• Experience operating in a complex, multinational enterprise environment
• Strong understanding of complex IT landscapes, integrations, and platform dependencies
• Working knowledge of application development technologies and integration patterns
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to clearly convey architecture vision, decisions, and progress
• Excellent written and verbal English

Nice to have:

• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, CAD, CTA or progressing towards CTA)
• ITIL certifications (Managing Professional / Strategic Leader / Expert)
• Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF)
• Experience governing platform upgrades, architectural review boards, or multi-instance strategies

• Accountable for the end-to-end architecture, design, and technical quality of the ServiceNow platform
• Work closely with business stakeholders, Product Owners, and end users to translate requirements into architectural solutions
• Define, own, and communicate the ServiceNow product architecture vision, principles, and roadmap aligned with HEINEKEN Global Architecture
• Ensure architectural alignment with enterprise standards, security, compliance, and platform governance
• Act as the architectural authority and escalation point for ServiceNow-related design and delivery decisions
• Support product teams operating in Agile (SCRUM / Kanban) ways of working
• Ensure a secure and stable ServiceNow environment through architecture governance of patching, upgrades, and instance migrations
• Maintain understanding of CI/CD pipelines related to ServiceNow architecture
• Maintain knowledge of GenAI solutions with respect to usage in ServiceNow
• Contribute to cost efficiency and sustainability by guiding architectural decisions impacting total cost of ownership
• Steer and govern strategic partners from an architectural and quality perspective
