The company has over 24 years of experience delivering complex software solutions including product design, development, testing, and technology consulting, with a focus on banking, fintech, and insurtech sectors.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in business and system analysis, especially in retail insurance
• Experience working in an omnichannel model
• Strong communication skills with clients and business, including workshop facilitation and mediation between IT and business
• Experience mapping user journeys, UI or prototypes to APIs and system integrations
• Ability to work with business rules, path validations, and product data interpretation
• Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence
• Maintaining high quality of analytical work including backlog, user stories, and project documentation
• Ability to incorporate non-functional requirements such as accessibility (WCAG 2.2 AA), performance, security, SSO, compliance, and GDPR into requirements and acceptance criteria
• Ability to find dependencies in distributed information sources
• Communication skills, patience, and flexibility in working with demanding business clients

Nice to have:

• Experience with microservice architecture projects
• Experience in e-commerce, checkout, or online payments projects
• Experience with direct insurance projects
• Knowledge of processes related to versioning consents, clauses, and document circulation
• Collaboration with UX/UI teams and working on prototypes in Figma

• Collaborate with business clients, development teams, testers, and UX/UI teams
• Conduct business and system requirements analysis for sales processes in insurance
• Organize and facilitate workshops and project meetings
• Translate business needs into system requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Map sales processes and user journeys to integrations and API calls
• Maintain consistency of backlog and project documentation
• Support decision-making processes, identify risks, and recommend solutions
• Participate actively in the entire project lifecycle from analysis and design to implementation and production support
