Programista AI (m/k/os.)

Asseco Poland S.A. is hiring for an AI Programmer position based in Bydgoszcz, Poland, working in a hybrid model with 3 days in office and 2 days remote. The role involves working on AI and LLM-based solutions and backend application development using Python.

• Minimum 3 years of commercial experience with Python
• At least 2 years of commercial experience with AI/LLM models
• Knowledge of REST API
• Knowledge of SQL
• Experience with version control systems (Git)
• Knowledge of containerization (e.g., Docker)
• English proficiency for reading and writing technical documentation
• Ability to work in a team
• Commitment to assigned tasks
• Availability for full-time work
• Minimum secondary education

Nice to have:

• Knowledge in NLP or ML
• Familiarity with LangChain tools
• Experience with RAG
• Experience working with documents and textual data

• Designing and implementing AI and LLM-based solutions
• Developing and maintaining backend applications using Python
• Designing and developing APIs
• Processing and analyzing textual and code data
• Collaborating with the development team and stakeholders
• Sharing knowledge with team members
