Founding Deployment Engineer

We're a European defence software startup operating between Paris and Warsaw. Our mission is to build modern software for hostile environments — our customers are European military and police units. We do not work on weapons systems or hardware products. We're currently in stealth, but have been recognised as one of France's top 20 seed-stage companies. We're backed by a leading European defence VC and angels who include founders of well-known technology companies. Our founding team brings together deep software engineering experience and operational military backgrounds. Other team members include ex-Googlers, defence-sector PhDs, and ex-founders.

• Pragmatic and product-minded software engineering generalist comfortable across the stack.
• Experience implementing AI systems in resource-constrained or operationally sensitive environments.
• Comfortable with audio processing and real-time systems.
• Ability to translate complex system behaviour into plain language for non-technical stakeholders.
• Prior experience working with or within military or police organisations is a strong advantage.
• High tolerance for ambiguity and ability to work with incomplete briefs and short timelines.

• Work directly with founders to deploy prototypes with early customers.
• Iterate quickly on customer-specific requirements.
• Perform rapid prototyping and bespoke integrations.
• Implement quick fixes under pressure.
• Work with audio streaming technology and real-time voice systems.
• Travel frequently to customer sites.
