• Experience with Figma for components, variants, auto-layout, prototyping, and design systems.

Core product journeys:

• Own end-to-end design for key product experiences including search, discovery, reading, notes, and collaboration.
• Turn ambiguous problems into clear UX flows, prototypes, and shippable UI.

Design system:

• Define and evolve the design system components, variants, and states to enable fast development without quality regressions.

Craft and details:

• Enhance hierarchy, interaction, motion, and micro-details to create a seamless product experience.

Engineering collaboration:

• Work closely with engineering to ensure high-fidelity designs are implemented as intended.

User research:

• Conduct lightweight user research and rapid validation to reduce risk.

Brand coherence:

• Maintain consistency of brand and marketing visuals with the product's visual language and typography.
