Product Designer

• Product design experience in a product-led company, owning design outcomes end to end.
• Experience designing for B2B SaaS products with understanding of complex workflows.
• Strong practical Figma skills including components, variants, auto-layout, and design systems.
• Experience with qualitative research methods and ability to integrate user insight into product decisions.
• Confident written and spoken English at B2/C1 level or above.

• Own design outcomes end to end, turning user insights, business needs, and technical constraints into clear, effective solutions.
• Work within a cross-functional product team alongside a Product Manager, Tech Lead, and Engineers.
• Shape solutions and make informed trade-offs.
• Contribute to the design system to improve consistency and reduce design-to-development effort.
• Bring user research and data into everyday product decisions.

What success looks like in your first 6–12 months:

• Deliver improvements to core product experiences that communicate value and support users.
• Reduce friction in critical user flows and increase clarity and efficiency in workflows.
• Evolve the design system to improve consistency across the application.
