• 5+ years of hands-on PHP experience with strong architecture, performance, and code quality skills.
• Prior Tech Lead experience with ability to balance technical ownership and enable team members.
• Familiarity with mobile development, including Flutter.
• Knowledge of AWS or other cloud platforms and experience building and deploying at scale.
• Experience working in product-oriented, agile environments with a focus on outcomes.

Architecture and technical leadership:

• Drive architecture decisions and own the technical direction for the team.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, performant, and built to last.

Business-to-technical translation:

• Collaborate with PMs, QA, mobile teams, and client stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions and vice versa.

Sprint planning and delivery:

• Decompose epics into actionable tasks.
• Support sprint planning and keep delivery on track across a cross-functional team.

AI-augmented development:

• Actively use AI tools such as Copilot, Claude, and ChatGPT as part of daily workflow.
