Founding AI Engineer

• Experience implementing Voice AI systems where compute, connectivity, or latency constraints are operational factors.
• Comfortable working with audio pipelines and real-time low-latency systems.
• Pragmatic and delivery-focused with a strong product mindset.
• Ability to work effectively with incomplete requirements and short timelines.
• Motivation to create real-world impact for high-stakes operational users.

• Work directly with the founders to evolve the early technology stack.
• Service first customers including military and emergency services units.
• Develop bespoke real-time speech-to-text systems primarily in Python.
• Build applied solutions for use in demanding, resource-constrained environments.
• Own the development process end-to-end, making real decisions and moving fast.
